To maintain high standards and honor the time reserved for each client and practitioner, we kindly ask that you review and follow our cancellation policy.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

Life happens — schedules shift — and we understand.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

This allows us to offer the reserved time to another client awaiting treatment.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are considered late cancellations.
A late cancellation fee may apply depending on the service type and treatment duration.

This policy helps us maintain availability and fairness for all clients.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not notify us:

The appointment will be marked as a no-show.

A no-show fee may be charged, or a portion of the treatment cost may be applied to your account.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

To respect the schedule of all clients:

  • If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened.
  • The full service fee will still apply.
  • If more than a reasonable portion of the appointment time has passed, we may need to reschedule the session as a late cancellation.

Prepaid Treatments, Packages & Promotions

For prepaid sessions, packages, and promotional pricing:

  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in the session being forfeited.
  • Package validity and expiration dates remain unchanged.

Medical or Emergency Exceptions

We understand urgent situations may occur.
If you experience a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can assist appropriately.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You may update your appointment through:

  • our online booking system,
  • calling the studio, or
  • sending us a direct message during business hours.

If you’re unsure whether you can attend, please reach out early — we’re happy to help.
