Booking Your Appointment
When scheduling your visit, please inform us of:
- Any medical conditions or recent treatments
- Medications or supplements you’re taking
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
This information helps our practitioners tailor treatments safely, accurately, and in alignment with your goals.
Arrival Guidelines
- First-time clients: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your intake form and settle in.
- Returning clients: Arrive on time to enjoy your full treatment session.
- Late arrivals: To respect the next client, your session may be shortened.
Our studio operates by appointment only.
Mobile Devices
To preserve the relaxing environment:
- Switch your phone to silent mode upon arrival.
- Phone conversations are not permitted inside treatment areas.
This ensures you and all clients can enjoy uninterrupted self-care.
Children & Additional Guests
For the comfort, safety, and privacy of all clients, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare before your appointment.
Children and extra guests are not allowed inside treatment rooms.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change — we understand.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for 24 hours’ notice.
This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
