LA RIUSH Aesthetic Wellness & Medical Studio
1. General Use of Services
LA RIUSH provides advanced skincare, wellness, and aesthetic treatments using professional-grade technologies and tailored protocols. All services are performed in alignment with our mission to deliver safe, personalized, and result-driven care.
Clients must comply with all pre-treatment and post-treatment guidelines provided by their practitioner to ensure optimal results and safety.
2. Treatment Policy
To maintain a safe environment and ensure the highest level of care, the following conditions apply:
2.1 Health Disclosure
Clients are required to inform their practitioner of:
- Any medical conditions, ongoing treatments, or chronic illnesses
- All medications, supplements, or recent changes in medication
- History of allergies, sensitivities, or adverse reactions
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
This information is essential for determining treatment suitability and safety.
2.2 Skin Health Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that it is their responsibility to schedule regular skin cancer screenings with a qualified medical professional. Our treatments do not replace medical dermatological care.
2.3 Treatment Limitations & Refusal
LA RIUSH reserves the right to decline treatment if:
- The client is under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances
- The treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe
- Required medical information is withheld
2.4 Treatment Risks
Each treatment carries unique risk factors. These are explained during consultation prior to the procedure. By proceeding, clients acknowledge that they understand and accept these risks.
2.5 Compliance with Aftercare
Clients agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.
LA RIUSH is not liable for adverse effects, injuries, or complications resulting from:
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Withholding medical information
- External factors outside of treatment control
3. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Show Policy
All appointments are subject to our standard Cancellation Policy, which requires:
- 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
- No-show appointments may be charged or deducted from prepaid packages

4. Payments, Refunds & Service Credit
4.1 Service Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Refund Policy
LA RIUSH does not offer refunds on completed services.
In cases where a treatment is unsuitable, an alternative service or credit may be offered at management’s discretion.
5. Gift Card Policy
All gift cards (vouchers) issued by LA RIUSH are subject to the following:
5.1 Redemption Requirements
- Clients must notify us at the time of booking if they intend to redeem a gift card.
- The gift card must be presented (physically or digitally) during the appointment.
- If the card cannot be presented, payment will be required.
5.2 Non-Refundable
- Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- They may be exchanged for other services of equal value, unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Eligible Services
- LA RIUSH gift cards may be used for in-studio services provided directly by our team.
- They cannot be used for services performed by independent contractors (e.g., external injectors), unless explicitly stated.
5.4 Expiry
- Standard gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Promotional gift cards or bonus-value vouchers may have shorter expiry dates.
- Expired cards may not be honored.
5.5 Promotional Gift Cards
- Promotional or complimentary gift cards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for alternative services.
5.6 Cancellations Using Gift Cards
If an appointment booked with a gift card is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the gift card may be voided or considered redeemed.
6. Packages, Prepaid Services & Memberships
6.1 Prepaid Treatments
Prepaid services and packages:
- Are non-refundable
- Must be used within the valid period
- Cannot be transferred unless permitted by management
6.2 Missed Sessions
Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in forfeiture of that session.
7. Conduct & Professional Boundaries
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for both clients and staff:
- Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate refusal of service.
- Clients must adhere to staff instructions for safety and treatment efficacy.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
All client information is kept confidential.
Personal and medical data is used solely for treatment planning, safety, and client record management.
We do not share client information with third parties without consent.
9. Liability
LA RIUSH is not responsible for:
- Reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions or allergies
- Adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Personal items lost or damaged on the premises
Clients acknowledge that aesthetic treatments carry varying degrees of risk and consent to proceed based on consultation information provided.
10. Policy Updates
LA RIUSH may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
